Manchester Homes was started in Alvin, Texas and has built homes in many communities in the Greater Houston area including Pearland, Friendswood, Texas City, Dickinson, Santa Fe, League City, Houston and Bellaire. We offer four separate series of homes (Metro, Accent, Millennium and Executive) as well as Custom and Build on Your Lot services. Homebuyers may choose from any of our 60+ floor plans or bring their own plans or Architect. We will happily modify any our plans to suit your needs. Our goal is your satisfaction.

All of our new homes are Energy Star Certified, which means that we have included the latest energy savings features in your new home. In addition, we use all American clay brick and Hardi-Plank exterior materials for long lasting, low maintenance exteriors.

For the interior of you new home, you can choose from a wide variety of carpets, tiles, kitchen counter tops, plumbing and electrical fixtures and appliances. Nearly anything that you want in your new home, we can include it.

Our newest Community in Alvin is Morgan's Landing. Morgan's Landing is a 110 acre development on Mustang Road, which will contain over 400 homes when completed. We offer both Millennium Series Homes and Accent Series homes in Morgan's Landing.
